Eflapy Digital is an AI operations firm based in Nairobi, Kenya, founded in October 2025. We find where AI fits in a business, build it, and get the people in that business using it.
We call ourselves an AI operations firm because that is where the problem sits. Most companies have bought AI tools and heard a lot about what they can do, yet the tools are not doing real work. We come in the way a forward deployed team does: we sit with the people who do the work, find where AI fits in the operation, build it into the systems they already use, and stay until they use it.
We work with organisations of 30 to 5,000 people in SACCOs and financial services, insurance, manufacturing and logistics, law and professional services, NGOs and regional offices, real estate, tours and travel, security and facilities, software companies and removals and home services. We have built for clients in the UK, Kenya, the US, the Gulf, Panama, Spain and India. We work remotely with clients abroad, and on site with clients in and around Nairobi, where we are based.

Edwin Ndumia
Founder and Managing Director
Edwin Ndumia is the founder and Managing Director of Eflapy Digital, and the visionary behind it. His background is in media technology, digital communication and public relations.
What he believes
AI adoption is half technical and half communication. Tools fail when the people meant to use them are not brought along. That is why every Eflapy Digital engagement covers how people are trained, what they are told, and how they are supported after launch, not only what gets built.
